Terms and conditions are here for your peace of mind and outline the rules and guidelines for our terms of service.
An order is confirmed in our schedule when a 50% deposit or full ProForma payment has been received. As items are usually hand-made to order, our policy is not to proceed with any order until the payment reaches our account. Items ordered ‘off the shelf’ from our ‘online shop’ web pages will be paid for in full before dispatch. Time is not the essence of our contract unless specifically agreed in writing by us when payment is accepted. Payment is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
When manufacturing processes are completed, orders are despatched within 24 hours and should reach you within 1-3 working days. More specific delivery information for items purchased through our online shop can be found within the ‘delivery information’ tab in the shop section of the website.
We will not commence work on your project until your deposit or ProForma payment is received. In accepting these terms and conditions you agree to pay the remaining balance of any order within 30 days of receipt of the goods. All good supplied remain the property of Jep Pads Ltd until paid for in full.
A deposit paid, secures a period of time in our diary and authorises us to order the materials required for the job. The deposit is therefore not refundable.
Should any balance payment not be received within 30 days of delivery, we reserve the right to charge interest on the outstanding balance. A 5% late payment fee will be applied to your account every 14 days thereafter.
All items remain the property of Jep Pads Limited until paid for IN FULL.
All prices quoted are in Pounds sterling (GBP).
We prefer BACS or Cheque (payable to Jep Pads Ltd). We have no credit card facilities and therefore do not store any financial or personal details relating to payments.
Faulty goods may be returned within 28 working days from invoice date. We will personally test/check the item and repair or replace if a fault is found and the defect is due to any of our manufacturing processes. You can be assured we pride ourselves on customer service and the quality of our products. We do not accept any responsibilty for products that have been used incorrectly or tampered with in any way.
All Jep Pads Products are designed to be re-covered if required. Our re-covering service aims to re-instate the appearance of all pads to meet our usual high quality standards.
Non Jep Pads products that are sent to us for re-covering may be refused, returned, or disposed of, if we don’t believe they are suitable for re-covering i.e. thin cardboard/plastic that would disintegrate if stripped – in some cases it may be necessary for us to strip a pad that we have received in order to confirm this. We will contact you to discuss the options following our evaluation. We also cannot take responsibility for design faults of any third party products that we are asked to re-cover.
If you have any complaints regarding our service, please contact us by telephone, email, or via the secure contact form on our website. We will respond promptly and courteously and endeavour to respond to all complaints within one working day. On the other hand if you would like to send us a photograph, compliment or testimonial we would be delighted to receive them.
Our liability extends only to the performance of the contract and not to any consequential loss in relation to any breach of contract.

Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information on our site. Errors will be corrected promptly when brought to our attention. Product photographs are for illustration only, products may differ slightly from those shown. If in doubt please contact us. We will be pleased to advise. Specifications and product descriptions are for guidance only, they cannot be guaranteed.
